Best decision of the trip so far. The suite was spacious enough and came with a fully stocked kitchenette. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Nice and clean bathroom. Hotel staff was always pleasant to deal with, and interacted with smiles on every conversation we had. Overall an exceptional stay, very close to the London eye and transit hubs. I am not good with names but he gave me recommendations that never missed. Had a wonderful experience with just him. The room was quiet and had a wonderful view of the London Eye and the River Thames. Bed was comfortable. And on our way out the doorman shined again with having a taxi to take us to Heathrow.
