Every member of their staff is exceptional. Expect professional and friendly service and knowledgable recommendations. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The experience truly is end-to-end - we have never had such a smooth check-out, from our room to the town car in less than 5 blissful minutes. Keen to return!Guest review byVeronicaAustralia

A perfect market town.
A perfect market town. Lovely olde buildings, especially the library that looked ancient. A gem. Daily fresh vegetable and fruit market. Several pubs, good variety of Indian and West Indian food, all fairly cheap. Two health shops, Holland and Barrett selling Dillon keto bread. Easy tram trip to Wimbledon.Guest review byAshleyAustralia - 8.0

It is a bustling area of East London with an English working class and immigrant population. For me it was a pied a terre so I cannot speak to the amenities of Ilford itself. The Uber taxi drivers were uniformly helpful. I felt at ease there.]Guest review byLipsonIreland - 6.0

An update to my previous critical review, which was uploaded on 29 April. On 2 May, I received a message from the owner, apologising for the non response, advising that their colleague had found the hearing aids but "hadn''t told them." The owner sent a photo of them, then on my confirmation that they were my hearing aids, posted them to my home address, sending a confirmation of proof of posting. Delivered today. It does leave one or two questions, but the way the owner has acted since my review was posted is commendable. I think Booking.com may need to check a few things. The telephone number on the confirmation is the one the owner responds to when arriving, but subsequent calls to that number elicit the response that it has nothing to do with that property. The communication in the last few days comes from a different number.Guest review bySteveUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Brentford has been upgraded beyond recognition in the last...
Brentford has been upgraded beyond recognition in the last 10 years and especially in the last 5 years. It has become one of the very beautiful and upmarket locations along the River Thames and opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew - a world heritage site - and in the immediate proximity to famous Richmond and its historic palaces and cultural sites, picturesque town centre and equally famous RIchmond Park. Bearing in mind that this is less then half an hour away from the very centre of London, it is a really great location for a holiday, even a city-escape and offers more famous landscapes, River and green walks than probably any other borough in London. Yet it is much more tranquil than any place closer to London with a host of nice new restaurants and cafes.Guest review byKarinUnited Kingdom - 2.0
Harrow is a great place to visit.
Harrow is a great place to visit. Just don't stay the Harrow Luxe Stay. "Luxe" is a joke in itself. Never have I been to anywhere as disgusting as this place. Stay at Eurotravellor in Northolt Road. Great staff, clean rooms and close to amenities.Guest review bysaraUnited Kingdom - 2.0

This premises should not be listed as a hotel it needs an "s" to read hostel. The room should not be described as standard and should be listed as basic. Nothing looked like the pictures shown on your website and none of the facilities listed were available. The conditions were so bad we left a day early, would have left even earlier if we could have but unfortunately at the time that was not an option. This excuse for a hotel should be removed from your listings if you want to maintain your reputation. We will certainly NOT be using booking .com again if this is the sort of premises that they have to offer. Next time we book a hotel we will dig deeper into the reviews, which we found out after the fact, were mostly negative. The whole place was a joke and, for us, not a very funny one.Guest review byAnonymous
