Location was phenomenal - right next to a river, market across the street and local shopping within walking distance. Grounds were beautiful and outdoor chairs and fire pit were available. Room didn’t have a coffee station but we brought our own.

Wish the windows would open so we could enjoy the beautiful breeze and the gurgling river. The window near the door needs a room darkening shade. The hallway light was bright (for safety reasons I’m sure) and so our room was semi-dark.

The one man that worked in the lobby was not helpful and very rude. We were very disappointed at the billing. One day is one rate and the next its another. We found it to be expensive and for that reason we probably will not stay there again.

Arrived before the 8 PM time and nobody was there did not make contact with staff except to return keys. Did not know if there was breakfast available but look as though there might have been but I didn’t know what time as I arrived in the kitchen area around 9:30 or 10 and everything seemed cleaned up put away. It did have fruit out. I’m used to having breakfast with an end setting included in the price That was offered here. And agreeing and wine time, etc. room was a little dark and wish there were utensils and plates for eating.

I didn't like how we weren't informed at all that the amenities were moved to the new location, leaving us having a pool location that was completely neglected and filthy. The hot tub was freezing, and parts of the siding were crumbling into the existing hot tub, making it dangerous, especially when stepping on it unknowingly. Next, I did not like how the staff at check-in weren't transparent about a supposed earned credit for being a first-time guest. They said we would attend a breakfast and get credits for certain activities to do with the children. We, of course, said yes, not knowing at the time it was for a timeshare. Well, once we read the paper and noticed it was for this exact reason, we called to cancel and wanted our 100 deposit back (they said it was a placeholder for breakfast event). Once we asked for our money back, we kept getting told they couldn't do it. We hate feeling like we're being forced into something, especially something as huge as a timeshare, but it made me feel like we were signing our lives away.
