Location is excellent as it's close to the Hollywood Palladium and easily walkable to / from the venue. Staff at check in was very helpful and attentive (looking at you, Christopher). Nicely appointed room, perfect for a short stay.

There was quite a bit of dust, which I'm sensitive to. The room could use a professional deep clean every once in a while. I mopped, dusted and laundered the linens prior to our stay.

The room was damp and the a/c kept turning on through the night and making a racket. It was obvious someone had tried to paint over extensive damage inside the room, such as a giant hole in the door to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was ridiculously small. We ended up not even having breakfast at the hotel because the offerings were terrible, the lowlight being a pancake machine that spit out these rubbery, thin excuses for pancakes.

The room was very dirty; a plastic cup was lying under the sofa, and there was something that looked like vinyl gloves as well. Dust was everywhere. The blinds were dirty, and it was unpleasant to open them. The electric stove and bed frame we’re broken by previous guests. There were small white crumbs on the sofa, and I had to sweep them up before sitting down. You could hear the neighbor above; sometimes the stomping was so loud that we would wake up at night from it. This continued throughout our entire stay in the apartment.
