  The views were amazing. Just waking up and sitting on the balcony listening to the water flow and the birds chirping was everything! Staff was exceptional and location was central to everything. Parking was easy and luggage carts always available near the elevators.

  The jacuzzi tub 🤩 and lots of comfy pillows

  We first thought the jacuzzi didn't work but we found the timer switch way on the opposite side of the room there was no signage. There was no railing to get into the jacuzzi nor a anti slip mat on the jacuzzi. It was painted and felt gritty. It would have been nice to have a TV guide

  We got very basic services at what we believed to be a high cost. for example, very minimal amount of towels in bath, no written material describing hotel services, early (11 am) checkout time, absolutely no wasted space. Everything about the room was about efficient use of space with nothing extra provided.
