  Phone in my room didn’t work, I couldn’t control my A/C in my room, and the housekeeper and maintenance people spoke Spanish and no English. Very disappointed for the money I spent to stay there. Sheets were stained and the housekeeper wouldn’t come change it and lied as to why she couldn’t change it herself.
