The location was great for every where we wanted to go. This is one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever rented. Your cleaning staff certainly pays attention to details no dust, bathrooms were clean and when we arrived, we were able to use the pool prior to check in. We arrived around 2:00ish and had fun in the pool which by the way was also very clean, and then was allowed to enter the property about 1 hour early which was greatly appreciated. I will certainly be checking availability of this condo on my future visits to Branson.

The doors to the washer and dryer area rubbed against the floor n were hard to open. I tried to slightly lift up on them, didn’t want to scratch the floor however the floor already showed markings on it.

The rooms were clean & a nice size for a motel! The pool is a decent size with seating around it ! It was raining on & off so we only got to enjoy the pool a little bit but it was clean & fun! I also booked two rooms and they placed us next to each other for convenience.

The hotel is "heavily fragranced" which was a bit overwhelming for someone with respiratory sensitivities. Parking was $48 per night, and there was no option provided for nearby self-parking, so the extra $100 for my 2-night stay bit into the value. My room smelled like mildew from the A/C unit. The bathroom was super small and ill-configured. Barely enough room to step in and close the door, or to step between the toilet and shower to turn it on Finally, there was no hot water at the sink (literally no water - that valve was not even turned on for water to flow).
