It exceeded my expectations in every way- from the kindness of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness. The location was also convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I had a wonderful aroma oil massage a few doors down at Sense. Sunisa went above and beyond to answer my questions and shared so many tips for delicious food, night markets, and using the Grab app to book taxis. She was a true gem along with the other staff! Sunisa knew we loved papaya salad and recommended Som Tam Udon. We were happy to find a restaurant with authentic flavors from Isaan. The hotel staff were all so lovely and kind. Nova even shared some fresh longans from the local market with us. We traveled with family and we all were able to enjoy our own private nook and bedroom area. We were sad to leave as it truly felt like home! The presence of Luna the cat made our stay even more special and we would not hesitate to book here again.”

      This is a great hotel. The location is unbeatable. The room was large, stylish and very well equipped...and the views were fabulous (especially from the terrace). The restaurant is very good. The "adventure center" had some good advice and recommendations for hikes. We didn't use some of the athletic equipment (gym, bicycles, etc) but this is also a big plus.

      The rustic atmosphere was pleasant. There was coffee and cappuccino available in the morning. We arrived late without alerting the staff, but they were available when we called and walked us through the after hours check-in process.

      We had to carry our bags up a set of steps to get to the exterior door. However, this may have been because we arrived after hours.

      The bartender did not put my kid's food in so they did not get to eat. The pool closed way before the rain came. At dinner they did have multiple things we ordered. At the coffee shop they forgot to make out food items. We had to remind them.

      The bed was super comfortable, especially loved the pillows! I loved being able to sit outside the room for a cocktail after the shows. It was quieter than I expected. Breakfast was great!
