      Very nice apartment with an awesome siamese cat. Everything was recently remodeled and squeaky clean. The host Riccardo was super helpful and a cordial host. $33 Uber ride to JFK Terminal 4 took about 30 minutes. The private bathroom is not "en suite" - you have to go through the common kitchen/living room to get from the private bedroom to the private bathroom so bring a bathrobe. O'Lavrador's restaurant nearby was great. We liked that Riccardo lives onsite and is not an "absentee host" like some BNBs.

      The bathroom includes a sign that says "Do not flush toilet paper. Use trash bins for toilet paper and everything else." That could be disgusting - would be good to get the plumbing fixed. A working TV would be a nice addition, but all-in-all, a very nice apartment with ultra modern furnishings. The stairs are steep and narrow which makes luggage difficult to manage but it's not a problem if Riccardo is available to help.

      Super clean and modern, the courtyard and kitchen area were amazing. Staff was super friendly.

      Only street parking, not walkable, the tv kept buffering and I could smell the sewer gasses coming from the toilet in the morning while in the bathroom. Not a great smell.

      The hot tub did not work. We started to fill....turned it on...got in n the lights went out n tub off....went to office n they said they can do a partial.refund that will show thru you....we do.not.want the room on the end again...(To the left)the door step is unsafe for disabled or anyone...loose...just hope it is ab better stay n deal.next time
