Albion Hotel's staff upgraded my room upon check-in, which was unexpected but very welcomed and appreciated. The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. This hotel is at a great location, in my opinion: there are convenience shopping stores, clothing, decent restaurants, and dessert/smoothie places all within walking distance, not to mention the beach itself that was open and clean. The entire surrounding area also felt safe and not loud with heavy traffic. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, giving me directions to the hotel from the airport as well as storing my luggage until time for check-in. When it was time to leave, they also connected me with a taxi driver who drove a clean and roomy vehicle and met me in the lobby. This was a smooth and easy stay. I definitely recommend Albion Hotel of Miami South Beach.

The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, always available for any questions or problems - it was actually the best part of my stay in this hotel. The hotel also offers ample and practically unlimited free parking, which is very convenient. I appreciated the flexible cancellation policies as well.

Like many older U.S. chain hotels, this one has sealed windows. The only source of “fresh” air is the air conditioning system, which, as in many hotels of this type, feels somewhat dated and a bit noisy. I often felt the air was a little stuffy. It’s fine for a short stay of 1–2 nights, but perhaps less comfortable for a longer visit. Another minor issue is that the AC unit is located directly beneath the desk, which makes working with it on somewhat uncomfortable. The breakfast room also tends to get quite crowded, especially between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.

Fantastic location close to Disneyland. Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was ok, some fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt and hard boiled eggs (most days) and very sweet pastries. Met our expectations from previous experience of similar hotels but need more seating for guests as we had to stand and eat at times. Need separate shampoo and conditioner in shower, not the 2in1 option provided.
