The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.   The Suite was a great size for NYC and well equipped. Views from our 29th floor corner suite were AMAZING! Breakfast was meh but was included in room cost. Location spot on for tourists who want to be away from the craziness of Time Square but central enough to make their way easily around Manhattan and out to the other boroughs.

  The aircon in our room was very noisy to the point we couldn't have it on overnight. The sofabed our teen slept on was very creaky and the mattress was thin. We moved the sofa in the livingroom, as it was facing into the room looking at the kitchen, we felt it was better placed against the high legged table so we could sit and look out over the Manhattan skyline!! The room was dated in style and a little shabby at points, but the cleanliness was 100% so we were very happy with it overall.

  The location was amazing, the view from our 4th floor balcony of the ocean was one of the best. The unit we stayed in had a kitchen, with all the things we needed to cook meals. Location is great within walking distance to many of Virginia Beaches restaurants, and attractions. Will 100% be staying again.

  The few negative things. Its an Older hotel, things could use updating. We found the Door to the unit if we didn't slam the door, it wouldnt latch and would not stay closed. The bathrooms where old and outdated. Other than it being an older hotel in need of updating. It is a great hotel. And highly recommend staying.

  The room was SO dirty - the carpet in the room had stains everywhere - the bed sheet had holes and stain on them - the AC barely cooled - their “blackout” curtains never fully closed so it was super light in the room - I was panicking thinking I had bed bugs for three days because I was so itchy sleeping in that bed. I had to spend hours disinfecting my clothes and things once I got home. - the hotel breakfast is a joke - walls are paper thin
