Our room was an accessible king, at the end of the hall -- very quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious, nicely appointed. The window blind system was great, allowing for either translucent or opaque window coverings. We had a light evening meal on the rooftop. Our server was friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfy. The location was near lots of restaurants and shops. There was an in-room safe.

The shower floor was extremely and dangerously slippery. Some type of non-slip strips would be essential for safety! The bathroom layout was odd, in terms of where to hang towels and washcloths. The bedroom a/c kept the room comfortably cool, but the cold air dropped heavily on the side of the bed nearest the window. The room did not come with a fridge or microwave. I saw one in the hallway and suggested my husband request one, and it arrived soon after. We had to go to the front desk for ice. At the rooftop dining, there was a sign to seat yourself, but no sign saying that you had to order at the bar. There was no welcome packet explaining the various hotel services and amenities. We traveled with my service dog, and the facility is pet friendly, but there were no poopie-bags nor outside trashcans where such bags could be deposited. On arrival and departure, the valet guys were not particularly helpful or attentive.

Breakfast was awesome with large selection of choices. Coffee choices with creamer's. Juices and fruit, yogurt and so many other available items. Extremely clean and maintain. Plenty of seating. Coffee and tea also available in the lobby if you want during the day or night.

Need more sockets for electronics. Will bring an extra extension. Outside of that everything was great.

Remodel is very odd. The bathroom is barely functional in size, showers leak and make weird noises, new side tables are a danger to young kids and everything is for looks not real function. Updates have been going on for years and are just so-so. Breakfast is lack luster too.

We specifically rented the room with a kitchen, the room was not stocked at all, we specifically had to go to the front desk to ask for dishes and pots and pans. They came dirty and required a separate deposit. Also they request you bring it back to front desk upon checkout. Very inconvenient!! Also first time I asked they said they didn’t have any clean sets. They magically appeared when I tried to escalate to a manager. The breakfast was also not great, very low quality foods and little variety. No filtered water available anywhere on the property.

Kept asking for someone to show me how to work my TV so the whole time we could not watch TV and no one would answer the window after I ask them once they said someone will be there in a few minutes and no one ever showed up but other than that our family enjoyed our time there.

We loved how big the rooms were and how the rooms were separated from the kitchen and living room. The bunk beds were perfect!

We didn’t have electricity while we were gone for a few hours and when we got back it was 80 degrees in the place. No one could give us answers. It took more than an hour to have the electricity turned back on. They were doing concrete work in front of the garage so we couldn’t get through: I asked numerous of times for a garage code that actually worked and never received it so we had to walk around to the front each time mind you I have 4 kids and it’s HOT. Also, WiFi password took 24 hours to receive, no one would respond back to me
