Newly renovated and still had painters at the property. Easy access and great location. You are a 3 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to shops, bars, and restaurants.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property and Booking.com. I had a personal emergency and asked for a refund or at least a reasonable discount. The property only offered a 50% discount, which was still too expensive, especially since I didn’t stay even a single night. I later decided to go check in, but while I was on my way, they suddenly changed the address and gave the room to someone else without proper explanation. When I arrived, the new location had dirty stairs and a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the hostel. While dropping off my bags, I met a few suspicious people outside trying to enter without a code and asking me to leave the door open — very concerning. I left immediately to go to my friend’s place. When I came back later to collect my belongings, the lights in my room had been left on. Even the taxi driver warned me the area was unsafe, and advised me not to walk around after 7 p.m. due to safety concerns. I contacted Booking.com repeatedly for a refund, explaining I didn’t stay at the property at all and that it wasn’t even the same address as originally listed. They never responded properly, and this lack of support made me lose trust in the platform. After this experience, I’ve decided not to use Booking.com again — they don’t seem to check or control the quality and safety of the properties they list.

• Hair in the sink, mold in the shower booth, and fecal stains in the toilet • Dirty bathroom cups with water/toothpaste stains • White stains/dust on table surfaces • A curtain too short to ensure privacy (room fully visible from outside) • Bathroom without a door, with a window exposing the interior • Stained/Unclean/Odor bedding and old, dusty curtains • High levels of dust causing sneezing, runny nose • Towels appeared to be low-quality or disposable • Evidence suggesting the room had not been cleaned properly

The location is great and the courtyard + exterior are very cute!

The rooms are old and not well maintained. Room 304 needs an audit. Possible mold or mildew in the hvac. Several items were broken in the room. Also, we accidentally booked the disabled room and b/c of that there wasn’t a door on the bathroom. We were told it was for safety and regulations. The bathroom looked directly into the rest of the room, no privacy. We asked to be moved and were told there wasn’t anything available. After a few hours in the room my husband was trouble breathing from what we discovered was mold and reported that to a different employee and suddenly another room was available. That room was much better.
