Location was great! Tub was great after we figured out the leak, caused us to not be able to use it the first night though. Staff were amazing and kind. Room was pretty clean.

We wished room service hours were a bit longer. We wanted to order breakfast on our last morning but we were worried about not getting it in time before checkout. We also had late night cravings and would’ve loved to order around 10pm. The shower curtain could be replaced.

This hotel is being remodeled and opening under a new name. I hope the prices don't go up too much because thus has become our go-to place when traveling back and forth from Illinois and Alabama. I will say our room is in need of a remodel as the tub and bathroom are in pretty bad shape.

Door on toilet area is a loose sliding door. If you plan on being in the room with others the bathroom duties echo throughout the room. Not very private and thought out well by the architects.

All of the cost ,cost for everthing no complimentary nothing out in that huge beautiful lobby my suggestion to help with some of all the charges would at least be complimentary breakfast or muffins and coffee and in the evenings 2 hours of baked cookies coffee or lemonade and wine and cheese all with crackers and grapes that would really be nice

We got there we got in the first cottage and it stunk and it was dirty so I went to the office and the office lady came down smelled the room looked at it. She goes. Yes it stinks like old coffee and it is not clean so they moved us to another cottage. We laid down to go to bed about 1 o’clock 2 o’clock. My kiddo wakes me up because she’s gonna sleep very good that I had a bug on my pillow. We then proceeded to get everybody outside and we told the security people they said what do you want us to do we can move you to a different cottage And I simply said no you guys have bedbugs. I’m not doing that. They proceeded to tell me there was no one there to help me. I was just wanting to get my money back and leave to go home because of this nightmare we stayed outside from 2 o’clock in the morning till they got there at about 10 we were all superduper retired they did refund our stay. They did refund our world, fun tickets, but everything that I had to leave they are not refunding that due to the fact that I did not want to take bedbugs home and due to the fact that I would not do my laundry there and then take my stuff home. They said that would’ve been good enough for them so if I’m not gonna take my stuff and wash it at their facility then they don’t need to give me my Anything conversation for my stuff. I’m sorry, but I’m not gonna take bedbugs home. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was bawling terrified. I am physically and incapable now to stay at any kind of motel resort anything this was horrible. We did in fact go to world of fun one day but we were so tired from staying outside all night that we did not have fun at WORLDS FUN at all. We did not go back to WORLDS OF FUN on the second day at all, this place is terrible, terrible terrible, terrible filthy, dirty, stinky and with bedbugs. I would not take my dog to this place or my worst enemy

Breakfast set up was horrible - one line on each side just to connect in the middle especially when large crowds it was very difficult to get anything to eat because everything was secluded in the one room Maybe try grab and go items outside of that room so if needed one could grab breakfast fast instead of battling long lines
