      It was very modern, with all the amenities you could ask for. Cottage was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The landscaping was great and was kept sharp and well presented. Kids really enjoyed the pool as well.

      Didn’t like anything about the property. Had problems from the moment I got there informedbooking.com and did not get a TV in my room. Staff was horrible.

      Had problems from the moment I got there. No TV in my room and they refused to help me at 10 o’clock at night. They said they were gonna put a TV in my room and they didn’t. They were six rooms still available and they still told me they couldn’t give me a room when I woke up in the morning. Those six rooms were still available and I did take pictures. I want a refund. Staff was rude. Management is nonexistent.

      We booked 2 nights and after spending the whole day at the lake we came back for our 2nd night to no clean towels @ wash clothes, we was told we couldn’t have any due to “not requesting “ them so we had to use our dirty ones and the following morning we went back to front desk to ask for clean ones and was told we could not get any due to “house keeping not being there yet” so once again had to use dirty towels!! Also our key didn’t work on our 2nd night so we had to get that fixed then once we could get in found the no towels so made a 2nd trip to office!! Terrible management!
