The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.   I've stayed at the Seaview Cottages twice now and have loved it both times. The cost is great, the place is clean, beds are comfortable, staff is lovely, and the restaurant right next door (I think it's owned by the same guys) has great food. It's so close to the Seaview Beach that you walk there in less than 10 minutes.

  The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was pet friendly. The room was clean and accommodating. There was an indoor swimming pool, but we did not use it. The front desk staff recommended a restaurant right across the street, Oscar's Grill I believe. It was convenient and the food was good.

  The location was close to the highway but sat back from the road which was a little confusing. I was disappointed that there was no grass at all to walk my dog.

  The fact that the lady helped me with my bag was heavy and she had me going upstairs but saw how I was struggling with that . Offered me a room downstairs. Got the room actually smelled good, can't complain about that. Keep that up . Definitely will book again

  Whoever was upstairs kept moving furniture seems like, dogs kept barking all day and night. Seen one roach that's about it .Need more variety of channels. The air conditioner kept going on and off . THEY NEED NEW SHEETS, I was making the bed in the very bottom sheet was DIRTY . The blanket had cigarette burns on them . If they put new sheets blankets and better pillows they will be great . But it's a basic hotel so yea.

  Our room was located at the end of the corridor (opposite the maintenance department entrance) and there was no carpet at the entrance to our room. There was a lot of noise coming from the corridor. We sometimes found trolleys in front of our room entrance. There was no phone service in the room (we had to stay in our car for three hours to work). There was no Wi-Fi connection. As for breakfast, we only had coffee... No room service during the day, unless you request it in the morning. The room is not worth $184 per night rate (stayed two nights).

  That the kitchen was not stocked with larger pans. The house sleeps 10 and we only had 5 but had to repeatedly wash the large pan to make the next meal. We had to throw away left overs that we would have normally eaten because there were not bowls or anything to store it on the fridge. Also, there was two coffee cups.
