All rooms come with air conditioning. I wished the living room had a/c as well. The ONLY thing that might be a turn off to some people is that the apartment is facing a cemetery. But since we are quite high up the 9th floor, it might not be a problem at all. I might book this place again when I come to KT again in the future.”

      Great location (about 10-15 minutes walking to Disneyland), breakfast is included and there is great variety, and the bunkbeds for the kids (My kids loved them!). One can also see the Disney fireworks from the hotel (our room was facing the park but you can also go to 5th floor deck/pool area and see from there). Also, hotel is above CVS pharmacy with anything you might have forgotten, Disney souveniers, and snacks to take to Disney!

      Unexpected parking fees because I relied on booking.com and didn't look at hotel main website so that was on me. Booking.com states that parking is $30 per day. However, it is about $41 daily parking. All hotels in this area will charge a parking rate so we understand. The parking garage was super safe and everything was close by that we never even moved out vehicle after checking in. We will definitely stay here again!

      The space was very clean and quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The layout was cozy, and communication with the host was clear and welcoming.

      The deposit lock was a bit of a struggle to work with, and parking was a little tight. The AC unit could use some improvement, it didn’t cool the room as effectively, and the floors were sweating at times. A fan and a few extra bath towels would’ve helped.

      Well I didn't like how my room door didn't lock. And I still haven't heard any staff on getting a refund. Since I ended up leaving and driving back home. But they were booking up and couldn't move me to another room.

      Phyliss at the front desk was exceptional. She was friendly and professional. Actually, all the staff were exceptional.

      Since the hotel was oceanfront I do realize the importance of the dunes, however, like other hotels in the area it would have been very helpful if there had been stairs over the dunes. Too steep !!

      Location great- Breakfast very basic- there was open yogurt in the fridge for the guest .

      Stairway smelled like sewage, roaches in room, was bitten by some type of bug. Sheets and towels had a muggy/mold smell.
