The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.   Nothing the place looks nothing like in the pictures. It smells like wet mildew when you walk in the hotel. They charge you a five dollar fee for every day you stay and half the hotel is under renovation so you can't go in some of the places. The wifi didn't work. I will never stay or recommend this RESORT to anyone

  We loved that everything was inside. We were worried about the rain. Food was good. Fun and beautiful place to visit and enjoy.

  Our reservation was so messed up on our names. The lady at the desk couldn’t find our reservation and I was getting worried and a manager I’m assuming came over and found it got us. It caused us not to be able to use the Kiosk to order food and we had to get back in a different line and thank goodness the nice lady in the food court found our reservation and let us put it on our room. I don’t like to carry money so this was a pain to worry about. They finally got it corrected the next day and we were able to charge at the pool. The elevators needed updating because the letters were gone and it just looked unprofessional especially with the cost being high. Someone spilled a Starbucks cup of milk or milkshake in one elevator and it was never cleaned up the whole weekend. I finally reported it because of someone falling. The room was nice and large but it was very outdated. The large jacuzzi tub was nice and I was excited about using it until I saw all the mold on the curtain and it would not drain so the dirty water made a ring around the tub. No way was I going to use it other than a shower. Really a sad thing. Lots of dirty marks all over the walls and doors. It needed a good cleaning with heavy cleaner. I’m not much of a complainer because I know how people can destroy a room but it was just dirty. I hope it gets cleaned before someone else uses that tub.

  It was very dirty! The carpet was disgusting sticky and dry dirt . The tub was very dirty and plugged. They lied all the 6 nights I stayed here that the pool would be available; however every day there was a new story why the pool was not working. They continued lying until we had to check out. They promised to give me points as an apology; nothing happened. The whole experience was dishonest, disappointing…
