All rooms come with air conditioning. I wished the living room had a/c as well. The ONLY thing that might be a turn off to some people is that the apartment is facing a cemetery. But since we are quite high up the 9th floor, it might not be a problem at all. I might book this place again when I come to KT again in the future.”

The hosts were very kind and communicative – everything went smoothly. We had a truly relaxing stay and felt right at home. Highly recommended, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! 😊”

      Wasn’t crazy about the sofa couch bed. The bottom seat is too deep to be comfortable to sit on in normal position. Sitting with legs crossed worked.

      Found a bunch of crumbs on thw floor from bread so its likely they didnt clean very well. Bread was pretty hard so it had been sitting there for some time.

      The first room had people still in it when I entered with the key they gave me. The second room was dirty and the ac was broken. Phoenix is 115 degrees AC is a must.

      There was so many mosquitoes in our room, we also saw a roach in the room as well and the main sliding door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way and lock didn’t work.

      We loved that the hotel was only a 4 minute walk to the beach and to the pier!! We got the double beds in the room and it was spacious for our family. The room was cleaned daily for us and we appreciated it.

      The beds could have been comfier, it was a bit hard. The parking was also awkward since it was on an uphill slope. There is no elevator and only stairs so it made lugging the suitcases and coolers hard. The bathtub and sink did not drain very well also.
