I am not used to motels ranking high on cleanliness, so I was blown away with the cleanliness of this room. The bed was comfortable and the in-room refrigerator was a great size. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. Location was fantastic.

The room was super clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, helped us replace a broken coffee maker in just a few minutes. The free breakfast was amazing.

Nice location ~ 3 miles from Yachats at a quiet beach (down a cliff)
Breakfast can be better- continental b/f with doughnuts, some fruits. Perhaps some multigrain bread, toaster, jam, peanut butter, more fruits, yogurt can be added.

We had a floor level room that was very very damp-smelling. The windows seemed to have weather damage.

The staff was friendly.
The room was very disappointing and far from comfortable. It had a strong moldy smell as soon as we walked in, and to make matters worse, there were roaches present. The walls were dirty, giving the space an unkept appearance. The worst part, however, was the air conditioning unit, which leaked every night and left the floor wet and unpleasant. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
