- “This gem is right in the heart of Megalochori at the base of the church. It was so charming and beautiful. This spot is a destination location for other travelers visiting Santorini, but it's not overly crowded...you're just walking out into a photoshoot. There's a cafe across from the smaller bedroom that plays the most beautiful live music nightly (ends at 11pm due to the noise ordinance for the city), it just made this place better. Oh and when I was getting ready in the morning I heard horses, opened the window to see horseback riders right outside, this happened every day, must be on a horse tour route. And only super small cars can come down the street here larger ones won't fit down the streets so not a heavy traffic area at all.”

  The apartment was very clean and orderly. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and promptly responded to all my inquiries. There was a great pool along with laundry facilities. It was a keyless entry, so there were no worries about losing a key. My apartment was an end unit. This gave me more windows and a very quiet atmosphere. It was located on the first floor, which was very convenient. I had an assigned parking spot for the entire stay. I really liked this since I never had to search for an open space, no matter what time of day I returned to the apartment.

  My apartment was located next to a common courtyard/patio. Other guests enjoyed this space and smoked cigarettes and weed in this area. As a non-smoker, I didn't appreciate this situation. It was also noisy. Fortunately, the smoke didn't enter my apartment.

  I liked that my room was cold. It was facing the parking lot as easy to get from the parking lot to my room.

  I wish the back pool was reserved for adults. It was very peaceful, but I did hear that it was one time and I don’t pull and he got changed to allow children. That damaged my experience because I did want some peacefulness. I wish you would promote Pool day passes. And I wouldn’t mind a free pool pass for the day. lol

  The hotel was well maintained.

  If you use the hotel for park and fly don't come here. You have to call them before they send the shuttle but they are under staffed and don't answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on twice. From when we collected our bags to arriving at the hotel was over an hour.

  We stayed one night. We found dead cock roaches in the bathroom. We went to throw them in the trash and one was stuck and I mean stuck to the tile floor in the bathroom.. The fridge and freezer didn't work very well. Our food spoiled from it not staying cold enough over night. I woke up the next morning to some kind of bug bites all over my right arm and a couple on my left arm. We were not impressed with our stay.
