  I loved how clean everything was, and it came fully stocked minus food haha. I loved the privacy this property had and how the deers were right there. Just beautiful!!! The kids loved the game room and all the choices of games to play. They absolutely loved the foosball table haha.

  We had a room right next to the exit and pool and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Check out process was quick and easy.

  Everything was great. No complains at all. We ordered food from a restaurant nearby which could have been better, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

  The staff was very helpful. I was able to cancel my second and third nights without hassle, and a refund seems to be in process.

  We were hit with a bad odor as soon as we walked into our room. Also the toilet was streaked with brown stains. The room wax bad enough that we switched to a smoking room (we are non-smokers). The room was a little better but smelled of stale smoke and irritated my already compromised lungs. Floors throughout the facility were dirty.

  The balcony with a view of the ocean was exactly what I wanted. The people were very friendly and did their jobs very well.

  Hotel has a run-down, shabby feel. For example, many chairs in the bar/breakfast area need to be reupholstered. The whole place has a faintly damp odor. It needs a really good top-to-bottom scrubbing. The elevator arrangement is odd. Take one elevator to the next floor and transfer to another elevator to the higher floors? And the space for them is very cramped and awkward. The breakfast was average and not monitored well enough. Could the space be rearranged to avoid the long live for the waffle makers interfering with everything else?
