It exceeded my expectations in every way- from the kindness of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness. The location was also convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I had a wonderful aroma oil massage a few doors down at Sense. Sunisa went above and beyond to answer my questions and shared so many tips for delicious food, night markets, and using the Grab app to book taxis. She was a true gem along with the other staff! Sunisa knew we loved papaya salad and recommended Som Tam Udon. We were happy to find a restaurant with authentic flavors from Isaan. The hotel staff were all so lovely and kind. Nova even shared some fresh longans from the local market with us. We traveled with family and we all were able to enjoy our own private nook and bedroom area. We were sad to leave as it truly felt like home! The presence of Luna the cat made our stay even more special and we would not hesitate to book here again.”

  The location was good and the rooms were spacious.

  The service in the hotel wasn’t satisfactory, the cleaning staff arrived very late everyday and didn’t do a full cleaning. The second problem was that upon check out we were very surprised to find out that we were charged for an extra 25USD per night for ‘service fee’ that includes the “complementary” coffee, parking and shuttle services that we didn’t even used. The staff insisted on that fee and I find it extremely unjustified.

  Very noisy, upstairs walked across the floor all night. Dropping something heavy every once in a while. Sliding furniture across the floor several times. Went on and on all night!! At 4 am the party seemed to be over, loud talking, even heard one guy yell to another " hey Paul, you need a ride?".I am in my 70's and the night manager called about 1030, and said he had gotten complaints about my sister and I were too noisy!! We were in bed, all that noise was from upstairs and nothing got done about it!!
