      Staff was helpful. There was no air conditioning in the whole hotel when we arrived during the 90 degree weather days of August. Stuff happens and we were told it would be fixed shortly by the front desk Took them at their word and registered. The maintenance man promised us a fan just in case. He showed up at our room with a brand new fan from a local Target within the hour. Within 2 hours the air conditioning was back on. Maintenance man should be commended for going the extra distance. Also, the gal that ran the buffet breakfast was very sweet..

      Room was big. I liked the key on the Wristband alot! Plus a good deal with the bonus day(I probably wouldn't of stayed there without the bonus day.

      We had to clean out the AC filters, they were filthy. TV was really small, took forever to cool down. And I didn't know the check in had its own building, not their fault just didn't expect that, we had 2 cars so it was the biggest pain, and the way the hotel parking is (at the park) omg we just parked anywhere, that's what frustrated me the most besides the check inn place.

      Beds were very nice Room was quiet with small fridge and microwave

      The shower was old school with tub and curtain. The breakfast was good but no waffle maker. The guy at check in needs a lesson on hospitality - at least try to smile and welcome. The AC thermostat was not easy to use, and we ended up sleeping with no AC without knowing it. The no room cleaning thing is really lousy when you spend $270 a night
