- “What's not to love about this location. Located on a small island so only accessible by small taxi boat (included in stay) but wow, what a beautiful location! It was everything I expected and more! Deiverson was incredibly helpful including on the day we checked out, we asked if we could use the common areas and free kayaks/paddle boards even though we had checked out of our room and they allowed us to do so. We were gone all day, enjoying the mangroves and small islands in the area. An abundance of wildlife can be seen as you paddle around the different areas, including sea turtles, toucans and so many other birds, stingrays, crabs and much more! Incredible stay overall and only regret was staying for only 1 night (it was meant to be a pit stop to cut our drive time shorter from Rio to Sao Paulo).”

  I experienced discrimination at this hotel. I did not stay at this hotel. I asked if I could request a room on the base level because I had alot of things to carry from my car. The Indian staff asked if he could see all the things I had stored in my car, I don't know why that was necessary, but I thought he would be assisting me. He accused me of being a transient, and told me that I couldn't bring my things into the room. I made a reservation for 1 night. If you're Black don't go to this hotel in North Hollywood. I will be reporting this Super 8 to the proper authorities.

  I liked the staff at breakfast. And the chefs making it a pleasurable experience. Very nice and friendly! Along with the front desk, being somewhat acomodating. I have to give a big shout out to LOU. He was very friendly and diligent in the matter and understanding.

  My room had multiple bugs. There was a stench in the room as well. I just feel as house keeping should do a better job of detecting this before guest finding them. We multiple roach like bugs behind the mini fridge and carried over into the bedroom and bathroom.

  Location was sketchy there was an issue with a homeless man trying to get in late at night, but the location was conveniently 12 minutes away from the conference so that was nice

  There was blood on the wall, I complained about it and Anna said someone would be up to sleep it did nobody ever showed up at any point that we are staying there from the 14th to the 17th. The door looked like it was at one point kicked in. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain.
