- “Everything. The owner is responsive and replied to all my queries instantly. I was allowed to check in early. That was a BIG plus!!! The apartment was very homey and complete. All rooms come with air conditioning. I wished the living room had a/c as well. The ONLY thing that might be a turn off to some people is that the apartment is facing a cemetery. But since we are quite high up the 9th floor, it might not be a problem at all. I might book this place again when I come to KT again in the future.”

  The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety was offered. When we asked for something to be fixed, it was.

  When we first drove up, we thought the place was closed. The signs were covered and barely any cars in the parking lot with a notice on the door. We decided to see what the note said, and the doors opened. I went inside and asked if they were open and he said yes. Felt weird, but I guess they were going through an ownership change. The smell inside is a bit much. They are trying to use those scented air conditioning systems, but it was way too strong. And it's in the breakfast area. People don't want a strong perfume smell while they are eating. Our shower's hot/cold adjuster was broken, and they offered to move us to another room, but we were already settled in when we noticed it. Couldn't shower that night, but they did fix it, and it was good when we got back to the room the next day.

  it was close to penn station and location was great. the doormen were very kind and helped unload our bags and opened the doors for us. check in and out was easy.

  there was only one elevator for the 12 floors which was annoying during heavy check in/check out times. obviously not much you can do about that.

  This was not the hotels fault, but there was a guess vehicle in the parking lot who's alarm kept going off from 5am in the morning until I checked out at 11am. I didn't get sleep and I was tired.

  Main water line hit in city, no water in morning until past check out. Offered bottled water for drinking & teeth brushing. HAD to pay $70/day for valet to be onsite or $70/day off site at another hotel no valet, or $35 every time you wanted to leave & come back at public parking down the street. No complimentary breakfast even after not having water 2 eggs, 1 meat, a few potatoes, juice & 1 coffee was $65.00! Without tip, and they charge gratuity but still have to tip servers, because not their fault.
