      The facility itself was well maintained, well decorated and simply comfortable. The suite we were in was a 2 bathroom, 1 bedroom with full kitchen, and a living/dining space that included a corner fireplace. Both the living room and bedroom had air-conditioning and black out curtains.

      Only three minor and I mean minor complaints. First, the site was not staffed well enough for the holiday weekend turnover causing myself and at least one other set of guests to not be able to check in at 4pm as expected. They did offer pool bands so we could stay cool while we waited but really a quick text message was all we needed. Second, the staff was out of dishwasher soap so we had to wash the dishes by hand, not a deal breaker but disappointing since the equipment was there and in working order. (We used the original our first night, then requested one each day and were told they didn't have any.) Third, the wheelchair accessible shower/bathroom floor was not properly sloped to assist in the water drainage. Using that shower had to be followed up with mopping the floor with our towel.
