      Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to attractions. Lots of great restaurants and pubs in the area. Concierge was very helpful with getting trolley tickets. Apart from the young lady at check in the staff were very friendly and helpful.

      The young lady at reception was less than welcoming at check in. Windows in the room were clouded. Bathroom/ shower was very small and a couple of the fittings eg towel rail needed repairing.

      I didn’t like the regular size fridge wasn’t working and they had a small one. The smaller fridge didn’t have enough of room for the food we brought.

      It was comfortable. ...but the hot tub wasn't hot and the pool area stayed a mess!! Other than that it was beautiful! Nice view! And nice convenience!
