It arrived a few minutes late and we had planned to just sit back and enjoy it but being late we couldn't do this. I just happened to see their note that if your stay isn't a 10 to text them. I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”

  We did a quick trip to Catalina for our anniversary and the photos of this hotel sold us on it. The staff were very friendly, the golf cart rides to and from town were so convenient, and although they have a hard checkout time of 11am, we left our baggage with them and scheduled someone to bring it to us and drop us off at the boat prior to our departure. Pros: Rides to and from downtown. Incredibly friendly staff. Clean-ish. Beautiful views from the hotel balconies. Free breakfast in the morning at the restaurant patio (coffee, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, etc..)

  The #1 negative of our stay was due to the bed and pillows being SO uncomfortable in Room 109. It was an obviously a very old spring mattress and the pillows had zero support and would flatten out as soon as you put your head on it. Terrible night of sleep and back/neck pain the next day, thankfully we only stayed 1 night. Sadly, solely because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were I'm sorry to say I don't think l'd ever stay here again. The view from our roomwas only from the entry so in order to see it we had to keep window and door shades raised and people walking by could see right into our room. The sink in our room wouldn't drain so the spit from brushing our teeth would just sit in there for 30+ minutes.

  Location was central to the exits I needed as well as to a McDonald's and several gas stations. You could hop on any ramp and get to any and all restaurants within 3 minutes, without the noise and hustle and bustle of trying to sleep in a busy exit itself. The breakfast staff and selections were both phenomenal. The front desk staff was super friendly. This is my second time staying in this hotel.

  The house was adorable, everything one would need for a weekend away. Restaurants were all within a close 5 minute drive. The house was extremely clean, AC was great, hot water was great. The owner was readily available for any assistance that we might need. It truly felt perfect.

  Could not adjust temperature in either room. My dad's just blew cold air (thermostat was not readable) and our only blew heat. A little uncomfortable. We didn't get there until late, pretty exhausted and didn't have time to change rooms as our flight was very early
