  The hotel is absolutely beautiful and smells really good. From the moment you arrive, the staff is very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The pool area, restaurants and fitness area are all really nice. The food (I got the flatbread and parmesan fries for lunch) were both delicious. No complaints whatsoever. Likely my new fave hotel in Houston. Can't wait to visit again!

  Got a nice corner room for a very good price - early summer, mid week. Neat and clean, not too crowded, easy beach access and easy parking. Do a little research on which tower makes the most sense for what you want to be closest to!

  The pools only seem to be open on weekends. This was unexpected for mid-June. We stayed in the Havana tower which is a long walk to the beach/boardwalk.

  Bed was uncomfortable, windows were really dirty, pretty my girlfriend was bit on the ankle by something overnight, and the bathroom floor was extremely slick after showering due to the humidity.

  Our room we booked was dirty. It was never cleaned by their staff. Even though we requested an early check in and were told to wait until the room was clean and received a text stating it was ready 2 minutes before normal check in time. The we packed all of our stuff back up to go to another location and walked in on a family. So we had to pack our stuff up for a 3rd time and finally found a clean empty condo. It wasted a lot of our time and efforts packing and unpacking 3 times.

  I was charged a fee. The room was filthy. The security was not helpful in making sure the room was occupied by me. I wasn't able to keep strangers out, keep my belongings or stop physical and verbal abuse. I was hurt.
