the stay was so nice, and the rooms were clean and spacious! they give you robes in the closet for after the shower..they provide soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion in large bottles and not in the little tiny bottles at other hotels..the stay was unbelievably nice..they told us about breakfast but my group woke up a little late for it..but they had a really nice coffee maker down stairs with multiple coffee options which was really nice to start our day of walking in the Quarter. absolutely loved this place! definitely would stay again’

it was almost 10-12 blocks from the quarter..not bad but wish i would have stayed closer to the quarter…but the overall experience was worth not being so close to the quarter.

You should update that the pool is closed and by the looks of it has been for a long time. I booked with you guys based on location and honestly the pool for my kids. Not knowing until we got there and got them in their suits was a huge set back. There was nothing to do at the hotel so I ended up spending an extra 150$ to have to take them out to occupy their time

Room was sleepable but there was stains on the floor cigarette burns in the blankets no screen on the windows and dog hair over the lamp shades. There was also some yellow stuff caked onto the wall. The door to the room was broken and did not line up at all and the lower peep hole was broken and you could pull the whole piece out if you wanted to

The location was very convenient. The receptionist was very friendly, and the process was smooth. Breakfast was Ok but nothing to rave about. The orange juice machine was broken.

The whole place is disgusting and dirty! This place needs a total make-over!! Carpets in the rooms are dirty with stains., Hallway carpet flooring is worn and terribly stained. Room furniture is all scratched. Just a terrible place. Totally unexpected from the way the place looks on the exterior. I be ashamed to tell someone that I owned this place!

I thought the breakfast was good - the usual choices of a breakfast that isn't "Continental" like eggs, sausage and a waffle maker. Everything they had, was good.

Waffles were good but the syrup container was empty. I ate the waffle with butter and jelly. I requested more from the desk clerk but it was not refilled, even after I had finished my breakfast. There was No hot water in the building so I couldn’t shower and the issue was not repaired while I was there. Tv channels only had the channel number and had no info as to what network they were. Motel guide book listed channels but the list was incorrect. No Wi-Fi or it was not working, I tried sending messages and they never went through, so no wi-fi.

The room was musty, there was a HORRIBLE smell outside our room allegedly from a water leak, but is smelled like vomit. The only attempt to alleviate the smell was a box fan... even AFTER I asked them to help... no compensation was offered. The workout room had no water, no towels and no weights. I asked them to refill the water cooler jug and I was directed to the water fountain instead. The a/c didn't cool the room or remove any of the humidity.
