I didn't like anything at all the staff including all management team are very judgemental they discriminate and stereo type individuals they are rude they take your deposit and then throw you out there not what they like people to think they are its a very unwelcoming place once they decide they don't like you cause you ride a bike or have tattoos or if your bald they treat you like if were aliens.

I stayed last summer and was harassed by cafe staff because I was playing a you tube video on my phone (it supposedly might disturb people next to me during incredibly loud karaoke night 🙄). And I brought food in there to eat, but bought a $7 mocha there so I could sit there, but was told to leave because I was eating food from elsewhere. Keep in mind I was using a walker after hospital and they wanted me to pick up and move to another place. When I complained about the harassment for petty reasons the manager defended them and threatened to throw me out of the hotel. Total 180 treatment from what customer service should be. I hope the manager leaves. It was a woman from summer 2023. I wonder if I was mistreated because I'm older and handicapped. Bad for their image?

The second night we we're in the hotel the bathroom flooded. It was coming up through the floor. They changed us rooms after checkout time and the new room had roaches. We walked in the room and I had seen a roach crawl under the bed. I pushed the bed sideways and there were more roaches, these ones were at least dead. That was enough for me. They obviously have a roach problem so I went to ask for a refund and booked a different hotel. They would not refund the two nights that I had left for that hotel. They would only refund one night, and she said she couldn't refund the second night because it was after the 11:00 a.m. check out. So I had to pay for a night at the hotel that we did not stay AND paid almost $15 to have our clothes and towels washed at the laundry mat that were soaked from the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
