The free breakfast and indoor & outdoor pool with hot tub were all great bonuses !! Everything was very well maintained. Housekeeping staff were very attentive .

There was no elevator to second floor , steps only. In the future , I’d consider requesting a first floor room for older adult family members .

I had an issue with the fan in the bathroom being constantly on and it was loud all through the night. The staff tried to look at solving it but they did not.

The Breakfast sucked equally every day, are room was not cleaned or restalked with toilet items for four days , no coffee pot in our room and I had to walk a good distance for breakfast which was the same thing every day.

Parking was cramped and made us park all in the back corner in a SUV that could barely get out The rooms were disgusting weren't clean at all makeup on walls makeup on mirrors dirty handprints all over the place spills all over the place nobody swept nor mop the floors so as soon as you kick off your shoes your feet were completely black The table was wobbly wasn't even tight as if it was going to fall My fiance went to open the bedroom window and it came out it's just sitting in it The toilet seats fall off curtains hanging off windows I will definitely never book here again especially when you pay for a room and then as soon as you get here you have to pay them in cash $100 for any damage fees yet they're having you go in and already damaged room with paint peeled off of the doors we even went until the front desk about it and they said they will have somebody over there to work on any issues never did their pool was fine but what looks like a hot tub isn't it's just a 2 ft little round little water we were very disappointed and was hoping for a hot tub but they don't have one here just an image of one they keep their outside appearance looking clean but once you're stepped into a room they are completely disgusting we also requested a non-smoking room our walls are as yellow as pee yellow I have more images and photos of how discussing this room is but unfortunately here on booking you only allow me put four
