  First of all, you guys sead a Courtyard view.There was no Courtyard view.It was a driveway. Second off. We didn't know where to go to get to amenitys. The breakfast was awful. There was really no breakfast. Some lady making small little burritos didn't have enough coffee or juice. Or anything? It was kind of ridiculous for 50 People to be jammed into a small room in line trying to get one tiny breakfast burrito.. This was not the experience that I was expecting.And then when I asked for a room with a better view and I would pay.They wanted to charge me two hundred dollars extra for just one night the same night. When I looked at that same room online, it was a $199.In totality we had already paid over a hundred and forty for the room that they won the hundred and ninety nine extra. This was put in the wrong section. Sorry.

  What? I did like about it is it was close to. They do have a sign that says, if you leave after a certain time, they will lock the gates and not let you back in.

  Everything! The whole place smells like smoke, even though you aren’t allowed to smoke inside. This could cause someone to be falsely charged the $250 fee. It also smells like pee. They tried putting us in a room someone else was already in, in fact they are living in it. When we made a complaint they did nothing about it. Found someone else’s underwear in our new room, which tells me cleaning is lacking. Refused to refund or compensate stating that we did not complain soon enough, when concerns were raised immediately after check in. Price is not right for the state and conditions of the rooms. Second bad experience with this place and they continue to do nothing to improve.
