I don't like the Ivy customer service system. We needed an extra pillow and a computer told us that we couldn't get one. A hotel with that many rooms and we couldn't get an extra pillow? Also, I had to delay my flight a few hours for work and my wife was not allowed to check-in. I understand that for security purposes since she was not on the reservation, but the (2) "ambassadors" didn't have to be so short and rude with her. You shouldn't call them ambassadors if they are going to behave like that.

That there was no smoking cigarettes in the rooms! I'm disabled so it's harder to get up and to go outside every time I wanna smoke a cigarette! Msde up for it Iin so many other ways though so no worries!! 😄♨️🆘 Plus ....the microwave did not work so we had to leave the room to warm our ♨️🆘🥑🥝😫😵💫😵

Breakfast. One guy setting up food and trying to handle front desk. Out of yogurt, and one fruit, no bagels or muffins. You should also put families with kids on the lower floors. Noise overhead was unreal.

The ac was horrible. The ac would keep room cool until night time. Once there was no movement due to sleeping. The ac kept shutting off from cooling, and would heat up to 73. We requested to switch rooms, but found out that all rooms did that.
