  Breakfast was good. It could’ve been cleaned more frequently from other people using the counters. It was a good location

  The carpets were dirty. The windows were dirty. I took a tissue and wiped some smudge off the glass, and the tissue was black with dirt. The bedding was clean, but the bed was very hard , we were only able to sleep till about 5 o’clock, and then we woke up in pain from being stiff. The bathroom and sink area was clean.

  Great location, clean comfortable rooms and beds, great pool with poolside food options and games for all ages.

  Limited working elevators in the tower resulting in long waits to get to your room. Refrigerator should be advertised as a beverage fridge only as they only keep at 45-50 degrees. Had to throw away all the lunch meat we bought for sandwiches to save money. Seemed way overpriced for what you get. I expected much more for the price point. Parking was also very pricey as was the on site dining options.

  We were shown two rooms neither of them had been cleaned. The third room was clean. We took it and went out to meet family. On return there were wet towels on the bed, the bathroom had been used for a shower. !! Front desk excuse: sometimes people forget what room they are in, so not secure. We left. Corporate was cooperative and we got a full refund but did not apologize at all. We stayed there twice before and tho no great it was adequate. Not sure what happened since but this hotel should never be recommended.
