We ordered room service at 1am and they brought us the wrong food and never fixed it. When we went to check out and we told them they made a bid deal and mention the price which was only $14 but it was meat and we are vegetarian so it was not eaten so why should I pay. It was removed but didn’t like they way the front desk guy went about it

The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok there was eggs and waffles and muffins and bagels(but no cream cheese for the bagels)

security for the parking lot and walkways at night, we stayed two nights and both nights we had people standing right outside our window fighting and smoking. They were very loud and nothing was done about this.

Next door to the end of Driftwood Beach - beautiful there and the grounds were maintained very well.

Had to change rooms after first night. The owner of the first apartment had renovated but the AC wasn't working, the bed wasn't properly assembled (we barely slept 4 hours that night). The 2nd apartment was wonderful!

The owner tried to tell me I didn’t book a room then she told me I booked already. I ended up not staying there. I didn’t really feel comfortable. It was a sketchy part of town. The furniture was broken.

Told the staff it’s our first time and she gave us a room with a brick wall view. There was a crack on our sink and toilet flush is broken. Dirty shower didn’t use it.
