Nothing, from check in to check out it was the most horrible experience we have ever had! It is dirty, from the front entrance and door, no one was at front desk, rang bell several times and when someone finally came, our room was not ready even though we were way past check in time. I was overcharged for Friday night and Sunday night had been cancelled. A manager was supposed to be there to talk with me about the overcharge in 20 minutes and after waiting 45 minutes I was handed a cell phone to talk with I think her name was Christine. She lied to me about my Friday rate that I had booked it with booking.com, but I had booked it directly with hotel when we found we were getting to Waterloo a day earlier. She said she couldn’t honor the price I was charged for Saturday and Sunday. They had cancellled Sunday. It was 7:45 before we got checked into our room!

Everything! Both my husband and I had bites on our body and we found bugs in the bed. Our card keys never worked sometimes not even once and we had to get them redone over and over. The breakfast was poor quality and the sausage, for example, was hardly warmed through. My nieces room was supposed to be ready to check into and the bed had already been slept in. They also found bugs in the bed in their room. I thought with a brand name like Radisson and Booking.com we could be confident the place would be safe and clean. There were people coming and going from this hotel, day and night and it was never evident that they were staying guests of the hotel. With all the comings and goings from the parking lot we ended up with some big door dents in our car. Had we not been meeting family here, we would never have stayed. It actually felt like the kind of hotel people rent by the hour!! The pictures are random around facility! I was stopped for taking more!

Just finished a very relaxing week at Ocean reef resort in Myrtle beach SC. Great vacation spot. Right on the beach. The resort offers many amenities, great restaurants, indoor and outdoor pool, and whirlpools, (great buffet breakfast) and a bar and grill. Not easily found on the North end of the beach. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I especially want to shout out to Nikalee Thomas. This young lady is a member of the front desk guest service. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She is a hard worker and very pleasant. No matter what I requested she handled the situation in the most professional way. Always with a smile on her face. I have not seen such devotion to a job in years. Keep up the excellent work Nikkalee. Ocean Reef Resort you are lucky to have her on your staff.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was very good each morning. I was at the pool and jacuzzi every night relaxing which I pretty much had all to myself. This was a family trip as we were visiting our daughter who's going to school at U of Iowa. We took a trip to Waterloo to John Deere museum and visited the Riverside casino. Both great places when our daughter was busy. Also nearby Walmart was huge and had everything we forgot.

TV stations were satellite and selection wasn't so great. Also went out the couple times we had storms.

The property is very quirky but in a good way. It is like stepping back in time and so understanding that it is not a brand new hotel ahead of time is important. Everything is old and creaky but that is a part of the charm. The staff were very helpful too. Fantastic location and easy to get around town from here.

The room and bed were exceptional for the price. The room had a nice sitting area next to the bed. A coffee maker was provided with coffee. The bed was comfortable compared to other motels/hotels. The room was very clean with nice bathroom countertops.

We were above the parking garage. The people slamming their doors open and shut came through the floor. People think it's all about them and they can slam their car doors, room doors, etc., while the rest of us have to put up with it.

Spotlessly clean. Extremely quiet. The staff was very kind. The whole experience felt more like what I would expect from a 4-star property! We would definitely return. We came to visit after attending a concert at Harrah’s.

the WIFI was confusing because when you signed in your were given an option of 2 payments. I had to go back down to the counter to ask how to get free WIFI and was told that I had to select the cheaper option and they would not charge me. Very confusing and I don't like to have to select something that I don't want.
