  Perfect location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, birding and nature center and Sea Turtles, Inc. and the staff were amazing - so friendly, patient and helpful! Also really good breakfast (really yummy seasoned potatoes, refried beans, tortillas) and loved having a coffee shop right inside!

  It was close to the Starlight venue and an easy drive back and forth in both daylight and darkness. The staff greeted us warmly, helped with directions, and visited with us throughout our stay. The hotel was also extremely clean and maintained.

  Location, location location!!!! Literally stepss away from the State Farm Arena and the Mercedes Benz Center. Gorgeous view of the city and amenities until late into the night. The front desk staff was great!

  Floors were filthy, a thick layer of visible grime that made you feel sticky was present at check in. I probably would have been grossed out, but less upset if it wasn’t for the fact that we were traveling with our 2 year old.

  The room was fine and the breakfast was good.

  My TV didn't work so I had to move my stuff to a different room on the other side of the hotel. This took longer than it should have; another person checking in while I was waiting asked if there was a problem with his reservation, because it was taking so long. And at these prices, rooms should be equipped with hair dryers. Almost all of the less expensive places I stayed at were.

  1. The shower, difficult to operate and uncomfortable. 2. The fact that they start serving breakfast at 0800am which is too late. There was no option for self made breakfast; they did not offer a takeaway for early risers.
