Location was great, pool was nice. Staff very friendly. Apartment was spacious. Most of the apartment was clean with exception of floors. Bathroom and kitchen clean (except floors) and fairly well stocked.

Floors in apartment not clean. After walking around barefoot for a few minutes our feet were filthy. No linens or blankets for sofa bed, so I slept on the couch. There were two of us in the party and we needed two usable beds, so very disappointing. Had to use blanket from bed since there was no linens for sofa bed, which meant only a sheet for person sleeping in bed. Kitchen needed a baking sheet for oven and the basics in spices- salt and pepper would have been nice, but most supplies were adequate. Parking was a little strange. Didn't feel like car was secure since it was basically on street parking.

Excellent place. Nice, spacious, clean rooms. Great pool. Close to town. The owners were quick to respond to all requests and nothing was a problem.

The room was very nice and clean. (Minus the air conditioner) The hot water and water pressure for showering was amazing! The staff was very nice.

The air conditioner in my room was moldy and did not cool the room at all during the day. The filter was occluded with dust, dirt and debris but I couldn’t get another room because it was full due to graduation. The cost of the room was raised 2-3 x its normal price. It’s obscene. The gazebo area was in poor condition.

if youre in the second floor the flooring is not stable (double flooring). its not kid friendly. you can’t walk comfortable because you might disturb the people in the first floor.
