      Complimentary breakfast was very nice and well organized, the food was very good. The rooms were updated and clean. Great location Great pool and splash pad for children! My kids loved it! Activity for the pool area for juggling was fantastic! House keeping Is great they come around and check on you without you having to call for extras

      we didn’t like that check in was at 4pm we called multiple times to check in early and asked to do early checkin for $100 we got there and the rooms weren’t ready and we were told to call back hourly and didn’t end up checking in until 4pm (rooms still were not ready until 420pm) Love that it is animal friendly but unfortunately people who brought their animals did not clean up after them around the hotel and left pee in the elevators without saying anything .. The activities for kids are great but not well organized movie night is 6-8 but movies do not apparently start until 8pm and the snacks and prizes are not a thing per the staff they stated it’s adverted incorrectly all over the building. Pillows are hard as a rock - bring your own

      The location was perfect. It was nice to have the beach and restaurants within a short walking distance. The little beach area behind the hotel was perfect for small children. We also liked the pool and games outside.

      If you want housekeeping, you must request it before 8am. We were only there from Friday-Sunday, so we didn’t know this until we got back to our room at 2pm. We had to go to the front desk for more towels and requested a broom (due to the sand that was treaded into the room).

      Greenwell in is a great value. Even though things were a little dated, everything was clean and functional. The room was fairly quiet and the location was convenient for my son’s mountain bike race.

      The pool decking area needs to be repaired immediately that’s just a huge lawsuit waiting to happen and plus I think your elevators need serious maintenance I don’t think they are supposed to shake or sound like that I had to pray that I wouldn’t die
