We were placed in room 228, facing the loud, busy street. It’s sad because we had anticipated being able to sleep in and relax. Didn’t happen in this loud room.

They couldn’t fulfill my request for rooms close together and didn’t disclose that the 1 outta 2 rooms I paid for could house my entire family. We ended up paying for 2 rooms. The one and most important amenity I was requesting for our stay was a pool. We had just traveled 3,000 miles away from NJ for 5 days and ultimately just wanted to have a hotel to relax at. The pool is closed for the rest of the summer while their personal website accounts for that third party sites are not. Which I did use a third party site to book that indicated the hotel had a pool. On top of not being able to swim the air conditioning in our room DID NOT FUNCTION. The air was on but it never got cold. The significant temperature change in both rooms was intense. Like hell and Alaska.

The room was ok looking until I saw the bed and pillow sheets. Pillow sheets still have dog hairs on it. The bed sheets had little blood stains all over on the bed. Probably from squashing all them bed bugs from the people before me. (I forgot to take a picture of that) It didn't look like they changed the sheets at all. There was bed bugs that bite me, little roaches I killed. Its was late when I checked in and i didnt have the energy to go changed room and make a scene. Drove for 7 hours and all I wanted to do was get cleaned and hit the sheet. Slept on the bed with my own cover and pillow i brought with me and woke up with bed bugs bits all over. There's also dog poop everywhere in the parking lot. Worst experience ever! Beware if your gonna stay here!!!

The room was very warm a fan was provided, but the air conditioning didn’t seem to reach the bedrooms at all making sleeping very uncomfortable as it is hot outside. Tried to open window but no screen so didn’t want to let a lot of bugs in.
