Very easy to book and communicate with the host. Photos were accurate representations of the space, which was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Instructions for check-in and parking were clear. Access to laundry was a huge bonus! The gigantic bed was so comfortable. The fireplace did an excellent job making the space super warm and cozy. Roger's Park is a beautiful little nook in Anchorage - my husband had a wonderful morning run on a trail in the neighborhood too!

Nothing- I did like that accommodated me with clean linens because the ones that were on the beds was filthy, the whole room was filthy we had to clean the room ourselves

The whole room was filthy, bathroom wasn’t clean, the little sink area wasn’t cleaned , the floors wasn’t swept, the covers wasn’t changed at all the hallways reaped of smoke and urine, I didn’t eat any accommodated breakfast 🍳 🤮

The showers functioned a bit confusingly when it came to selecting the temperature of the water. I had to wait ~1 min to adjust the temperature. The showers were kind of old too..

We did not care for the gold furniture. I think they need to do something about updating the furniture. They need to do some type of pots and plants or something on the concrete because all there is is gravel rock and asphalt. Very Unbecoming a lot has to be said about Landscaping.
