The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.   Great location, clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The breakfast was 10+++ great selection and the most hospitable staff. We loved the young man who made my omelette, perfection!

  That they locked the side door that clearly stated they would remain unlocked until 11pm. So I had to walk in the rain all the way from the back.

  The pool is beautiful and the pool bar is a great amenity. The shuttle is nice also!

  I was booked on the 3rd floor with no elevator and my room on the 3rd floor of the lodge was dirty, the fridge was rusty, the lampshades were stained and the door didn’t work properly! Also all the doors in the place are open all night! I didn’t feel safe. We toughed it out but I wouldn’t stay here again it was very disappointing!

  Room was clean. Though musty at first till we aired it out. Unit was well equipped, iron, microwave, stove, frig, pantry TP, kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, paper towels All staff from office to laundry were helpful. Fireplace nice touch even though we only turned it on one night.

  Toilet ran unless we half flushed it. Very tight getting into parking garage below. Only 1 luggage cart for our whole side. Lights on balcony made it difficult to sleep. Maybe install room darkening shades.
