The beds were saggy, not able to get more coffee or toilet paper, the shower soap cream rinse and body wash were empty. They allowed children to be screaming in the parking lot very late.

Front office has no customer service skills. I called to see if we could check in early and Katherine said we could come as early as 1:30pm. Got there at 1:40 and was told “no rooms available” with no expression. She said it would be ready by 2:00pm. We went for some lunch came back at 2:20pm only to be told “no rooms ready, again”. When I complained I was told “you could have been charged $50 for early check in” unbelievable. Again your front line should be more friendly. Did not feel welcome at all and will not be back. And I understand housekeeping needs to clean rooms just don’t tell your guests that early checkin is available and then it isn’t.
