It was cleaned every day by the staff. It had everything we needed to make our little meals. The place is located between Naousa and Parikia and we really liked the fact that we were away from all the noise and people. To get to places, you need a car. We visited in mid June 2024.”

  My kids and I love everything here. The staff, the breakfast, the pool, workout room.. The business queen suite is amazing. So much room and and extra room for kids with chairs and another TV. You can't beat it. The beds are also very comfortable!

  Location was close to Stadium for the Copa America so we could walk and not worry about parking. We needed 2 parking spaces and it was easy to pay for the one extra and get a spot. Communication was easy and apartment was clean and spacious.

  The entire check-in process was horrible. The mobile check in didn't work. It was a bit amusing to watch people attempt to use it then have the same experience I did where it didn't work then come get into the long, very slow moving line to speak with a front desk rep, but only in a "well it's not just me then" kind of way. It would have been nice if there was some signage or a customer service rep or even something in the email about mobile check-in being unreliable. Instead I felt the emails pushed the mobile check in-- so make it work. I didn't like the lack of a fridge and microwave in the room. I absolutely loathed that there was only one entrance to the parking garage and that the entrance Google maps told me to use was closed. I also did not love that after my whole terrible experience I still had to pay for late check out.
