The beds were way too small, park was horrible! They said breakfast it was bread and cheese and bagels no eggs bacon waffles like normal hotels with free breakfast! Shower was super cold barely any hot water

The pool needed attention. There were a lot of dead bugs floating around, so my kids did not want to swim. The internet inside the room was horrible. My kids kept having to rewind of fast forward, and then press play for the program to play. This happened many throughout our stay.

The elevator didn’t work.The bathroom got stopped up and we wasn’t even there 12 hours good.I paid for a Queen size bedroom for 2 days and the put me in a full size bed at the price of the Queen bedroom.One of the employees walked in the room while my wife was coming out the shower,they didn’t even knock at first just was going to walk in . Should give me a refund for putting me in a full size room and I pre ordered a Queen size bed in the room.Never again

Staff are robotic, not smiley or cheerful, and when you ask them a question … its generally, not a helpful answer .. like ‘I don’t know’ or ‘thats how it is’. In other words .. there is no suggestions of making the stay better for the future for return customers, like ‘ok, thank you .. i’ll look into that for you’, ‘let me talk with my manager to see what we can do?’. Otherwise, as customers, i would rebook to stay but your staff instead, has driven us away to look at other accommodation. Thks .. i just hope someone would listen. We travel to LA often from NZ, and always look to stay a night at LAX before travelling to our next destination. Cheers
