      The room was large and the breakfast was decent. The location was excellent for us as we were there to go to Sea World. There are loads of dining options nearby, it's close to the highway, and lots of gas stations.

      Very clean and comfortable. Near Old Town which was nice. There was a motorcycle rally in town (old farts) and there was a festive, happy vibe about the entire visit.

      The ladies at the reception desk were kind, understanding, and most helpful-- they were lovely.

      I canceled my reservation upon entering the property. The environment was not as expected. There was no desk service at night or the morning until 8:00 am. The elevator was not in operation due to breakage by a visitor-- not good. The appearance was untidy, tired-looking, and definitely cleanliness was a major issue for me...I never went past the lobby.

      The view of the castle was nice. And being able to see the shipping on the river was nice.

      Its very outdated, and they charge way too much for the rooms. Our room had rips in the future, and we had to walk through one building to get to our room. The tv was old and color was going in it, the volume was either to loud or not loud enough. The shower was either HOT or COLD no real warm setting. You could see light around a door when it was closed. And BUGS everywhere.

      The beds were hard. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place so I had to hold it to use the shower.
