We very much appreciate the gentleman who checked us in when we arrived. He took the time to tell us about the area and provide us with a map and directions. We appreciated his friendliness and humor. He made us feel welcome! Beds were comfortable and our room, a king water front room was spacious with a sofa, fridge and microwave. Love the pillows.

I didn't like that room service is not available and the ice maker not available on each floor. I wish the TV was closer to the bed so you could watch from bed.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Curtains around the beds were a big plus and added to privacy. Location is very convenient, right opposite to metro, and right on the walk of fame on Hollywood boulevard.

There was a certain odour in the room and the bedsheets that didn’t go away. The building is pretty old and the bedrooms look like they haven’t been renovated for years. Breakfast was relatively poor.

They don't clean up every day like other hotels that I used to stayed. If next day you need new towels, you have to bring the dirty towels downstairs to the front desk by yourself and they're happy to give you new set of towels. They don't have brushes and toothpaste so you have to bring yours They have hand soap, don't have shampoo They have hair dryer in the bathroom, they don't have comb If you need water for each single day you have to come ask them and they give you 2 bottles every time you asked. I didn't asked more than 1 time per day because I'm not staying in the hotel whole day, but I expect they will put some water on the table in my room every day, that would be nicer than come downstairs and asking for water. I don't feel comfortable The price is included breakfast but they don't have lobby for you to sit down. All you can do is just grab some muffins, chips, coffe, milk, oatmeal.....and run back to your room to eat them, or standing outside to eat. No. I don't like that. I wish they have more food for breakfast and at least have the space for customers to sitting down a little bit.
