The staff were not the friendliest. Had issues with getting our door open and took several trips to front desk to resolve. Then there was no coffee in the room. Said their shipment didn’t come in. Had to ask for things that should have been there and they made it seem like a big deal

We had to buy extra pillows. Had to ask for more towel as the room only came with 2 for 5 people and no hand towels. Bought a coffee pot for the room as we couldn’t take it back with us and our room didn’t have one even though this picture showed one. Bought a broom to sweep daily as room service never came in the 4 nights we stayed.

Paid for a larger room but did not get it. Two people in the room tripping all over each other to get ready for a wedding. No space for ironing or luggage. Open the door and people can see right into your bathroom.

On the First morning, whilst cooking breakfast, we lost power to the kitchen. We suspected a fuse shortage, because we were using the plug in stove and the coffee machine. we were unable to locate the power box and because it was early in the morning we weren’t able to contact property management straight away. We needed to be at a meeting at 8am so packed up half cooked breakfast into the not working fridge. Contacted property management at 9am. Contacted property manager several times during the day. Someone finally came to fix the issue at approx 5pm. We weren’t able to use the laundry as the machine did not take an international credit card then 2 of the 3 machines were out of order so my wife had to spend most of the morning on the 2nd day finding a solution and doing laundry so missed out on most of our planned activity. The aircon didn’t work so we had to leave windows open overnight. It was so noisy, hot and the street smell was unpleasant. The mosquitoes were terrible but we had no other option but to leave the windows open as it was so hot. It was difficult to get someone to come take a look at the issue, we had to continuously query. On the 3rd day they finally told us there was a broken part but would take a week to arrive but they would try and find us a portable aircon. We didn’t receive anything. Also when we booked the apartment we had booked for 3 adults, 1 room so we believed there were 2 beds. There was only 1 king bed so our son was left to sleep on the couch, using only a throw for a blanket. There were no top sheets for us to use to protect from the mosquitoes.
